Dock, Undock and Resize Widgets

  1. In the LINK-GIS Map Viewer, hover the cursor over the top of any widget “Docked” on the right side of the Map Viewer.
  2. Click and drag on the top of the widget to move it to another part of the screen.  This action “Undocks” the widget from the right hand side.  When the widget is “Undocked”, the “Dock Widget” icon appears at the top of the widget.  This icon appears as a white lock with a blue background.
  3. With the widget “Undocked”, the widget can be re-sized by clicking and dragging on the lower left hand corner of the widget.
  4. To “Re-Dock” the widget and return the widget to its original size, click the on the “Dock Widget” icon located on the top of the widget.
