Property Zoning Information

  1. Start on the Link-GIS HOME page in the, “Explore Link-GIS Maps” box. Type in Address or PIDN and click the GO button.
  2. Move cursor over the Globe Icon titled “Map Information”.
  3. Select Map Layers from the drop down list.
  4. Once the Map Layers box opens on the right hand side of your screen, select Economic Development from the list.
  5. Select the arrow to the left of the box for the Economic_development_theme to make sure that Zoning is turned on.
  6. Then check the box next to the Economic_development_theme.
  7. The zoning for your selected property should be shown on the map.
  8. To see the Zoning Ordinance, use the Ordinance and Property Documents widget located under the Tools menu options.
  9. To minimize the Map Layers widget, click on the green arrow in the top right of the widget. 
  10. To close the Map Layers widget, click the ‘x’ in the top right corner.
