Overview Map

  1. In the LINK-GIS Map Viewer, hover on the Globe in the gray box titled LINK-GIS. When hovering over it reads “Map Information.”
  2. In the drop down menu click on the “Overview Map” tool. A widget will open on the right side of the screen that is titled “Overview Map.”
  3. The widget shows an overview map with a red box identifying the area currently on the screen. 
  4. To change the area shown on the main screen, click and drag the red box in the widget to another area on the overview map.  The main screen will refresh to show the area the red box is now covering.
  5. To minimize the widget, click on the green arrow in the top right of the widget. 
  6. To close the widget, click the ‘x’ in the top right corner.
