County-wide Digital Data

  1. Navigate to the Order Maps & Data page.
  2. Scroll down to the County-wide digital data section and click on the hyperlink to open the County-wide digital data product page.
  3. On the County-wide digital data product page, choose the desired Data Type, County and Quantity.  Then click the “Add to Cart” button.  The desired item and item price will be displayed in the shopping cart.  When finished shopping, proceed to checkout on step 7.
  4. If an item in the shopping cart is incorrect, click the “Remove” button next to the item and it will be removed from the cart.
  5. To continue shopping, click “continue shopping” on the Cart page to return to the Order Maps & Data page.  Select additional items.  Additional items will appear in the shopping cart.
  6. To edit the shopping cart, click “Edit shopping cart” text in the sidebar then change any items in the cart, remove items in the cart or change the quantity of items in the cart.  Then click the “Update Subtotal” button to see the new price total.
  7. When finished shopping, check out by clicking the “PayPal” button.
  8. If an account already exists, then log in with the correct email and password.  Select a shipping method.  Next to the shipping methods are the estimated pickup and delivery dates.  If the shipping address is different than the billing address, uncheck the box next to “Same shipping address” and fill out the shipping address information.   When finished click the “Submit Order” button.
  9. In the Checkout page, review the order.  If the order is incorrect, then return to step 6.  If the order is correct, click the “Confirm Order” button to continue to PayPal.
  10. Log in to PayPal and proceed with the payment process.  Click the “Sign Up Now” button, if a PayPal account needs to be created.  Complete the payment process.
  11. An Order Receipt email will be sent showing the order information.  Pick up the order or expect order delivery on or near the dates noted on the Checkout page.  If all or part of the order is a free download, then click “Download” in the email and download the data.
