Welcome to LINK-GIS Providing Geographic Information System (GIS) services to Northern Kentucky’s Kenton, Campbell, and Pendleton Counties
LINK-GIS is one of the nation’s pioneering GIS systems. What began in 1985 as a tool for one governmental agency to use in an environmental clean-up has become a wide-ranging service for a variety of public and private uses.
This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) invites prospective vendors to submit a proposal to renovate/rebuild the functional and aesthetic components of the LinkGIS.org website. The goal of the effort to create a GIS website that rivals anything currently made available online by mid-sized local governments in the US. Aesthetics and functionality that draw citizen users to the site will be a key goal in the selection process. (click here for pdf).
