Trisha Brush, GISP, Deputy Director GIS Administration
Trisha has ten years of experience in GIS and seven years in management. Trisha previously worked for Miami County, Kansas where she was their GIS Coordinator for five years and built their GIS from the ground up. She has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Cincinnati in Geography, and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Baker University in Kansas. Trisha is a member of KAM, URISA, and she also is Past President and founder of the Kentucky Association of Mapping Professionals (KAMP).

Tom East, Senior GIS Specialist
Tom has been with LINK-GIS/NKAPC for 17 years and has a total of 29 years of experience in the field of GIS. His work experience spans all levels of government - federal, state, and local. Tom is an enthusiastic amateur astronomer who earned his B.S. in Computer Science from Mississippi State University.

Christy Powell, Senior GIS Specialist
Christy has been in the GIS field for over twelve years and with LINK-GIS/NKAPC for the past ten years. Christy primary responsibilities are programming and web development. Recently she designed the Internet Mapping System for LINK-GIS. Christy holds a MS in Geosciences with an emphasis on Geographic Information Systems and Remote Sensing from Murray State University. She is also a past member of the board of directors for the Kentucky Association of Mapping Professionals (KAMP).

Nick Chandler, Principal GIS Analyst
Nick has been in the GIS field at NKAPC for 16 years. His primary responsibility has been to assist Kenton County Property Valuation Administration maintain the parcel layer. Currently, there are over 60,000 parcels in this database. Nick also updates new road edge of pavements and centerlines. Nick has a degree of Associate of Applied Science for Civil Engineering with surveying as a major.

Kyle Snyder, GISP, Principal GIS Specialist
Kyle has worked in the GIS field for nine years; six years with the Northern Kentucky Area Planning Commission, as well as the Clermont County Auditors Office (Ohio) and the Tongass National Forest in Sitka, Alaska. Kyle has served as the president of the Kentucky Association of Mapping Professionals and the IKO (Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio) Chapter of GITA (Geospatial and Information Technologies Association). Kyle has a B.A. In Geography from Miami University.

Ryan Kent, Principal GIS Specialist
Ryan has been on the staff of LINK-GIS/NKAPC for four years. Ryan's expertise is in brownfields and custom mapping. He helped bring about the Kenton County Brownfield's Inventory. Ryan has a B.S. in History from Northern Kentucky University. He is also a member of KAMP.

Joe Busemeyer, Principal GIS Specialist
Joe has been in the GIS field for over three years. Joe previously worked for FMSM Engineers, Inc. in Sharonville, OH where he developed Digital Flood Insurance Rate Maps (DFIRMs), for FEMA. Joe also worked on the Muskingum Watershed Conservancy District (MWCD) parcel assessment project, which consisted of constructing a database of over 500,000 parcels in an eighteen county area of Eastern Ohio. Joe earned his M.A. in Geography, from the University of Cincinnati.

Kathy Stephens, Associate GIS Specialist
Kathy has been on the staff of LINK-GIS/NKAPC for three years and in the CAD/GIS industry for nearly six years. Kathy specializes in custom mapping. Kathy is also responsible for creating/converting data from various sources. Kathy has a Geography degree from Northern Kentucky University.

Gretchen Boyce, Principal Secretary
Gretchen is a student at Northern Kentucky University. She is currently a Junior in the Criminal Justice program, and interested in Crime Mapping and Analysis. As the GIS Secretary, Ms. Boyce has used ArcGIS products since 1999, and continues to gain knowledge in this field.
